Skipped breakfast, as I slept in late.
Lunch: sushi! Saturday is Sushi Day! Sushi Day is why I'm not going full-out vegetarian.
Had salmon skin, and some other rolls, and spicy seafood miso udon.
Dinner: leftover spicy seafood miso udon, apple, homemade cookies.
