Coffee Table?

I bought this coffee table on May 14.

I got the base of the coffee table on May 20. And no glass. That seemed weird, so I called Nebraska Furniture Mart's Customer Care.

May 21, I was told by Nebraska Furniture Mart's Customer Care that the glass was supposed to be delivered...May 21! And it wasn't! At this point, NFM's CC had the tracking number. However, it was not recorded in the notes on my account.

May 25, I was told by Nebraska Furniture Mart's Customer Care that the glass should have been delivered May 21, and that it was probably late due to the holiday. This seemed weird, because Memorial Day isn't a big shipping holiday, and it was supposed to be delivered the Thursday before the holiday so...where is the glass, again? Since the tracking number had not been recorded, NFM's CC did not know.

May 29, I was told by Nebraska Furniture Mart's Customer Care (apparently the same person I'd talked to on the 25th) that the glass had been damaged in shipping, and that Nebraska Furniture Mart had not yet heard from the manufacturer on when my replacement would be shipped. Nebraska Furniture Mart's Customer Care was under the impression that the manufacturer was waiting for the shipper-- whoever that was-- to fulfill the claim.

Later on May 29, Nebraska Furniture Mart's Customer Care left me a voicemail stating that my new glass would be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks, probably closer to 2 weeks. And if there's anything else they can help me with, to give them a call.

I'd like some glass for my coffee table, thank you.
